These four programs are rarely seen together in the horse industry because of an inability to have the resources needed to provide such services. These programs are not only catering to student and amateurs but to fellow professional riders as well. Each program is unique in its own way. The Short-Stirrup Ownership Program is a stepping stone ownership program and the most commonly seen type of program in the horse industry in terms of new horse ownership. This program takes small steps forward in offering a lease-to-own situation for horse and rider both off or on-site. Chateau Vista and Associates provides this option to clients to help make horse ownership a more financially stable undertaking. While taking on routine expenses normal with owning a horse including board, vet, and farrier expenses, the new owners have a small fee added to their boarding expenses that allow each client to slowly pay for the horse of choice while still enjoying their future horse to its fullest, hence, lease-to-own. Individualized options are available to the buyer that includes extended payoff options to short-term payoff options. The Jump-Start Ownership Program is a program unique to Chateau Vista and Associates. Horses available within this program are offered to potential new owners at a highly discounted rate on the initial purchase price cost to allow an affordable jump into horse ownership. Typically, half of the full amount of the purchase price is put down on the horse of choice at the beginning of the program with the last installment due at the end of the program time frame or on an individualized on-site plan. The program begins upon half down at the discounted rate, the horse then stays on-site and is boarded at Chateau Vista Farm, LLC three to six months from the date of half purchase then at the end of the time frame the last half of the installment on the animal is due as a balloon. This program is wonderful for those wanting a higher level animal at a discounted price. This program is also allows those that only have half or the partial available funds for the horse of their dreams to be owned by them with the rest of the price due at a later date. Chateau Vista and Associates provide short-term financing for the horses sold in this program.

The Elite Grand Prix Ownership Program is another program unique to Chateau Vista and Associates. This program caters to the rider looking for a top horse for sport. Chateau Vista's Elite Competition Collection on our Chateau Vista Show Jumpers web page are available within this program for purchase under Farm financing. Like the Jump-Start Ownership Program, this program has the new owner provide an installment of the horse of choice and then the new owner has a continued payment plan for the horse for an extended period of time with no pre-payment penalties or balloon payment needed. This program has extended time periods and longer term deadlines. The new owner can fully enjoy their horse to its fullest on-site while boarding their horse at Chateau Vista for the short-term or for the extended period of time it takes for the new owner to acquire full ownership. Unique plans are available which can designate off-site privileges under this program to qualified new owners as well. The Farm Exclusive Freestyle Ownership Program is the last Ownership Program offered with Chateau Vista and Associates one that is heard of primarily at the top investment or sponsorship levels of the sport. Here at Chateau Vista and Associates, we want everyone to be able to succeed towards their goals to help them accomplish their dreams. This particular program is the only one offered within the state of Iowa. Not only can this program cater to the top level of competitors but it is one that caters to every horse enthusiast who has ever dreamed of becoming a horse owner with any level of skill, beginner or advanced, with or without a competition background. With the addition of Team Monserrate Equestrian and CVL Monserrate Stud show stings, Chateau Vista and Associates wanted to integrate International business within Iowa extending throughout America to provide an opportunity for what would be otherwise unrealistic dreams, and allow them to become a reality.
